
Young actress Julia Louise Buencamino believed to have committed suicide
It’s a gloomy news in showbiz industry as the daughter of award-winning character actors Nonie and Shamaine Buencamino committed suicide Tuesday evening inside their Quezon City home.
Julia Louise Buencamino, 15, was found hanging from the ceiling by their household help at around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, according to PO3 Victorio Guerrero, the investigator assigned to the case.
She was declared dead on arrival at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan.
Like her parents, Julia was an actress and was part of the ABS-CBN TV series “Oh My G!” starring Janella Salvador.
According to a radio report by DZMM, Nonie has requested authorities not to pursue the investigation as he is convinced that his daughter committed suicide.
In a statement released through talent manager Ricky Gallardo, Julia’s family thanked those who conveyed their support at a time of “profound grief” and asked to be allowed to mourn the loss in private.

We are deeply saddened to announce the death of our beloved daughter Julia Buencamino.
We would like to make a firm request to allow us to mourn her passing in private. We make this appeal for privacy also on behalf of those close to us, who wish to remember Julia and celebrate her life in peace and quiet.
We thank you for your love, understanding, and prayers of support during this time of profound grief. Julia led a beautiful and blessed life, and she will be fondly remembered and terribly missed by her family and friends.
Janella Salvador expressed her sadness on Twitter upon hearing her co-star’s death. “I am deeply saddened and shocked. No words. Rest in peace, bestie @hoolianabanana. May your soul be guided by G.”
The cast of “Oh My G” mourned the death of co-star Julia Buencamino on Wednesday, July 8. The “Oh My G!” official Twitter account also bid farewell to Julia through her character Aimee.
