With her vogue-ish fall outfit, publisher of Ferragamo Flats Shoes Sale Online Philippine Showbiz Republic (PSR.ph) and operator of Café Marla celebrated her 43rd birthday in her soon to open coffee shop, Quezon City, August 9.
Marla welcomed all her guests with a smile on her face that made her more adorable, adding the cozy ambiance of the Café Marla.
Guests were served with good food together with Café Marla’s coffee offerings topped with sweets that summed up the coffee shop’s experience.
It’s like reunion for “Showbiz Unlimited, Tatak Sabado N’yo” hosts namely Mildred Bacud, Rommel Placente and Rodel Fernando who were present in the party, greeted Marla, and gave her a warm hug.
PSR contributors made time to attend the party including Pilar Mateo and Archie Liao who are actively writing for PSR. Zyrus Imperial, who stars in many indie films and now joins ABS-CBN’s Doble Kara as one of the casts, was also present in the party. Years passed but the past PSR members were also present in the celebration like Benson Garcia and Mario Dela Cruz.
Present also were Marla’s family and friends, friends from the press, friends from PTV 4 and Chinese friend, Mr. Chen Rhen who completed the list.
It were all made possible because of the efforts, from Marla’s family to coffee team and PSR family who joined together to make this happen, to show the love for the one and only Ms. Marla David.
“This is probably the most and the happiest birthday I will never forget because it’s not only celebrating my natal day at the same time it is the birth of my long dream of putting up a coffee shop. Now, I don’t want to miss this opportunity to thank from the bottom of my heart the people who added happiness in my heart. My hubby, my business partner, my friend, Ace, the brainchild of Café Marla, who helped me fulfill my dreams. My mom who religiously pray for the success of our business. My children – Reese, Kiara and Amber who instantly doff the stress I get with so much love. My college and high school friends who supported me all the way. Our suppliers and maintenance people, kuya Allan and Junmar. To our household helpers. Lastly, the people behind Café Marla (CM) my ever reliable nephew and our manager-trainee Justin, our office manager Lai, who at the same time is the manager-trainee along with Justin, Yahrien – our barista who has constantly doing research and development, our long-time bartender Arvin, the newly-joined staff from La Union, Mark, our Ferragamo Womens Sneakers Sale kumareng Janet who will be in charge of the kitchen operations and Philippine Showbiz Republic (PSR.ph) Josh and Adam who gave their extra mile of effort and shared their knowledge and skills. The night was also a way to show to the public the soon-to-open coffee shop, Café Marla, owned and operated by DCPManagers Inc. (DCPMI).
