Janine Tugonon Is On!
Janine Tugonon graced the stage. She brought the first runner-up crown in Miss Universe. She appeared in the latest television commercial of Victoria’s Secret line for college women. And now, she’s making headlines again for being selected as one of the models for a nude calendar project. Janine Tugonon is definitely on.
On being selected

On the timeless beauty

On posing nude

She was one of the 12 models to get in for Nu Muses, a nude calendar project by Adidas Nmd Runner Treats!, an American-based fine arts magazine.
The Treats! founder and Victoria’s Secret photographer David Bellemere Nike Air Max Motion Mens collaborated for a shoot that aims to redefine nudity as fine art. They have invited all models across the globe to apply for a chance to be photographed naked.
Nu Muses website expressed that their mission is to celebrate the forgotten art of the classic nude, to capture the elegance and romance of the female form, worthy of gracing fine art galleries and walls.
According to Nike Shox Turbo 21 Kpu AskMen.com, when the Golden Goose Superstar Sneakers search was first announced, hundreds of applications were filed. 100 models were initially selected until the list was cut out into 30 models as determined by votes coming from social media.
As stated by Nu Muses, Janine, along with other 11 models, were selected by a panel of judges and through social voting for their inspiring, timeless beauty, both inside and out.
Janine posted on her instagram account after the announcement.
“I thought I did really bad during the testshoot/final casting since I was having a bad day that day. But got the call from my agent few days after and it was AMAZING!!! Thank you so much @numuses for including me”
Tugonon also posted her test shot in instagram for the Nu Muses calendar project.
All lucky selected models will be photographed by great Bellemere at an exclusive location which said to be in the Dominican Republic and also they will receive $10,000 each. They will also be flown to Miami for the VIP launch event at Art Basel covered by major press outlets.
The models will be featured in the December issue of Treats! with the chance to grace the cover of the magazine. The project will also be the subjects of a documentary to be shown on one of the largest TV networks in the USA and distributed worldwide.
