Star Circle Quest to air soon as Showtime’s segment
ABS-CBN’s biggest reality talent search Star Circle Quest is making a big comeback as one of It’s Showtime’s segments after six years.
The announcement was made during It’s Showtime’s press conference, Tuesday.
SCQ was first aired in 2004 which was hosted by Luis Manzano, Jodi Sta. Maria and Anne Curtis. The show was a search for new Star Magic artists.
Hero Angeles won the title of the first Grand Questor while Nash Aguas bagged the title for its Kids edition.
Some of the discoveries of the talent search were Sandara Park, Sharlene San Pedro, and Bugoy Carino.
In its second edition, actress Erich Gonzales won the title.
This season also gave chance to Jason Abalos to his spotlight.
It’s Showtime is making its hit through its new segments like the major trend Tawag ng Tanghalan, Funny One and now the Star Circle Quest.
The battle of voices and performances of Tawag ng Tanghalan contestants will hit tomorrow, March 11.
