Cesar faces new controversy after war with son Diego
After being burned out by son’s statement against him, Cesar Montano faced new controversy as Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) chief operating officer.
Montano’s own staff filed letter of complaint against him at Presidential Action Center, March 1.
He was personally appointed by Pres. Rodrigo Duterte as head of TPB and started his job last December, 2016.
Written in complaint letter were Montano’s 24 wrongful acts that he committed.
Included were: Montano hired his personal staff though there were supposed and intended staff for him as head of TPB.
In addition, Montano went into a 16.5-million-contract that was intended for a rally for Pres. Duterte.
He also went into a cash sponsorship for a James Reid-Nadine Lustre-concert abroad.
The concert was reportedly amounting to 12 million.
The actor has remained quiet about the issue.
