
Get to know Korean heartthrob Jin Ju-Hyung and how he describes Devon
KDrama fans have a reason to rejoice and celebrate because they are in for a welcome treat as the first Filipino-Korean romance drama “You With Me” opens in theaters nationwide starting September 27.
Topbilled by two Korean actors and Kapamilya leading lady Devon Seron and directed by Rommel Ricafort from the script of Shine Ricafort, the movie revolves around the story of a rich young Filipina named Kim Molina who struggles to be independent from her overprotective parents. In her attempt to do so, she tried her luck as a part-time English tutor. This eventually led her to South Korea where she found not only freedom, but also love and the deepest secret of her family.
Korean heartthrob Jin Ju-Hyung who plays one of Devon’s leading men is happy to be part of the movie.
“I play the role of Rintaro, a personal assistant to Jason (Hyun Woo). I’m Devon’s friend in the movie. Someone she can cry on,” he described.
Prior to working with Devon, he admitted that he did a little research on her.
“When I googled about Devon, I learned about James Reid, that they were a couple. But she said to me, that not’s true. I learned also that she has no boyfriend since birth,” he said in a naughty jest.
He also said that he loves working with Pinoys and finds Devon attractive and fun to be with.
“I have done a movie in China and in other countries as well. I’ve also been in Malaysia and worked with Malaysian people. I have also worked with Vietnamese actors. They are also kind to me, and I felt comfortable working with them, just like the Filipinos. Maybe, it’s because of the culture. They were like friends, it’s just casual and not like a business kind of relationship,” he pointed out.
“With acheter viagra Devon, I find her cute. She’s also beautiful and nice and I enjoy working with her,” he added.
He asseverated that he did not encounter any language barrier while working with the production team since he knows how to speak English.
“Actually, I lived in Singapore for six years and I lived also in Toronto in Canada for two years that’s why I can understand English,” he pointed out.
He confessed that he’s also a fan of Hollywood actor Christian Bale and esteemed American film director and TV actor Tom Mccarthy.
Jin Ju-Hyung made his acting debut in the 2013 television drama “Sirius.” He has since appeared in the popular dramas “Scandal: A Shocking and Wrongful Incident” (2013), “Iron Man” (2014), “Cinderella and Four Knights” (2016), “Hwarang” (2016-2017) and “Suspicious Partner” (2017).
His next TV series is “Live Up To Your Name” where plays a super rich guy who happens to be a drug addict.
During his shoot in the Philippines, he had the opportunity to try out some Pinoy dishes like lechon and adobo.
He also confided that he also wants to taste ‘sinigang’ and ‘pastillas.’
He has also learned some Tagalog phrases like “Kumusta Ka?” and “Miss Kita Talaga.”
He is very vocal too that he wants to do some commercials in the country.
Jin Ju-Hyung is on a ten-day movie promotional tour in Manila and other key cities in the archipelago.
“I’m here for 10 days. I want to visit other places in the Philippines like Palawan,” he concluded.
Asked if he will be Devon’s escort in the forthcoming 2017 Star Magic Ball, he said that there’s a possibility.
