Magpapasiklaban ang mga kalahok ng Mister Grand Philippines 2018 sa Crossroad Center sa Mother Ignacia Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, bukas ng gabi, June 2.
Ang mapalad na makakakuha ng titulo ay lalaban sa Mister Grand International sa September, 2018.
Magkakamit din ito ng worth P500,000 na premyo.
Bukod dito, pipiliin din ang magiging Mister Model of the World 2018 na ilalaban sa Myanmar sa August 2018 at Mister Tourism Ambassador International 2018 on October 2018.
