Jolo Revilla follows dad’s advocacy

Sep 10, 2018

Like father like son. Being a father means a lot to Senator Bong Revilla, who wishes to have more time with his family. His son, Jolo, makes sure that he’s doing the things his father advocates.

“We love him very much. Binigay nya sa aming lahat. Ang pinamahalagang naibigay nya sa amin ay ang pangalan nya,” shares Vice Governor.

As Imus Productions is back, sexier Jolo, who lost almost 60 pounds, follows dad’s love for action. Most of us forget action films.

“Napapanahon para makabalik ang action movies,” the actor-politician believes.

Following his dad, his advocacy is to give jobs to stunt men. Allowing Jolo to fulfill his advocacy is Imus Productions who seems to producing more action movies.

The first offering of Imus Productions is a film that presents reality. Showing on October 3 in cinemas, TRES stars Bryan, Luigi, and Jolo himself.

“It was dad’s idea para sa mamamayang Pilipino.”

Director Dondon Santos helps from conceptualizing to directing. Jolo describes his working relationship with director Dondon.

“Tampuhan sa set dahil sa delay. But it’s an enjoyable experience. Mas maganda ang tatlong pelikula ang mapapanood sa isang pelikula.”

On October 3, catch Bryan in Virgo directed by Richard Somes, Luigi in Amats directed by Dondon Santos, and Jolo in 72 Hours directed by Dondon Santos.

“Pantay pantay ang treatment na ibinigay ng directors. Walang binigyan ng special attention.”

More than being an actor, Senator Bong is a true, generous public servant and well-achieved personality who stays humble. Like father like son, Jolo as Vice Governor fulfills his duties with fairness and kindness. From being brokenhearted to becoming a total responsible human who stays humble and will always be humble because that’s the greatest advocacy of his father.

“Magpakumbaba. Wag makalimot sa mga tumulong.”
