Ronnie Liang holds successful sold out ‘Love x Romance’ concert at Music Museum
Country’s Pop Balladeer Ronnie Liang proved again his singing power, brought everyone “super kilig” with his sold out ‘Love x Romance’ concert at the Music Museum, November 8.
During the jampacked concert, Ronnie showcased numerous outstanding song performances that truly delighted everyone. He wowed the audience with his Michael Buble opening medley.
The successful concert showed his singing capacity. He received good reactions from the audience, saying his voice “walang kupas.” For the singer-actor, it is so important to take care of his voice.
He serenated Music Museum with wonderful version of “Basta’t Kasama Kita,” “Nandito Ako,” and “Ikaw.” Fans went wild as he gave Korean version of Yeng Constantino’s hit.
Other Viva artists like Ella Cruz, who owned the dance floor, and Janine Teñoso, who perfectly perfomed with Liang, were part of the concert.
The highlight of the concert was Liang’s duet with his idol Sarah Geronimo. They performed “Shallow” and their latest collab song “Liwanag,” which is now available on Spotify and other digital music platforms. The collab song is written by Marlon Barnuevo.
During Sarah’s part, she candidly said, “Kapag magkaka-anak ako, gusto ko kamukha ni Ronnie Liang, ang gwapo na, ang ganda pa ng boses. Walang halong biro po ‘yun.”
The male singer thanked Popstar Royalty for her unending support, “I’m very grateful kay Sarah G. She’s very kind and humble. Lagi n’ya akong pinupuri, coming from her di ba. Sinabi ko talaga noon kay Boss Vic na gusto ko s’yang makasama sa concert. Ito na nga, nangyari na.”
‘Love x Romance’ at the Music Museum was a huge success. It was his gift for his supporters now that he’s celebrating 12th anniversary in the music industry.
He’s also promoting “Sa Paskong Darating,” composed by Joel Abad and he’s now finishing his pilot course.
