Pinoy filmmakers may now submit their entries to the Istorya ng Pag-asa Film Festival (INPFF) 2020.

The deadline of submission of entries will be on March 27, 2020, the Office of the Vice President (OVP) announced.

A successful project by the OVP together with Ayala Foundation, Inc., INPFF aims to provide a platform for pro and non-pro Pinoy filmmakers to tell stories of hope and inspiration.

“So ito, ano ang kaibahan ng film festival na ito sa earlier film festivals, mas malalaki ang prizes ngayon,” Vice President Leni Robredo shared.

Now on its third edition, lucky entries will receive cash prizes, and a chance for their short films to be shown at Ayala Malls cinemas nationwide.

VP Leni announced, “Ngayon, iyong Best Film will receive P100,000 tapos iyong First Runner Up will receive P50,000. Tapos iyong Second Runner Up will receive P30,000.”

She added, “Aside from the three major awards, we are also giving special numbers for the Best Film – ay, Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Editing (sic). Tapos iyong People’s Choice Award, we launched this for the first time during the Second Film Festival.”

Open to all Pinoy filmmakers, Istorya ng Pag-asa Film Fest calls for entries. Submit now your three to five minutes short film.
