To celebrate Father’s Day last Sunday, San Juan City Councilor Jana Ejercito and her friends and supporters gifted former President and Manila Mayor, and Philippine movie icon Joseph “Erap” Estrada with a commissioned portrait of him created by ‘Artist on a Mission,’ Kristine Lim. He recently recovered from a tough battle with Covid-19.

Councilor Jana Ejercito is the lone candidate from their clan who won in the San Juan elections last 2019 taking the top spot in the councilor position.
She has also been one of the most active politicians gaining the trust, favor and support from both voters and donors who have been helping her in the projects and relief efforts she undertakes in her district.
Her love and passion to reach and be of service to a wider scope of area in San Juan is also one of the reasons why she is being eyed as the people’s candidate for congress for the 2022 elections.
According to Jana, she decided to honor her uncle with the portait because like a father, he has been an inspiration to her to serve others beyond her best.
