NYC-based singer Eytch Angeles headlines JanB’s First Community Mic Series, releases hugot song ‘Sa Kalawakan’
Pinoy artist based in New York Eytch Angeles recently joined Filipino alternative rock band Sponge Cola in “U.S. Jeepney Tour 2023” as one of the front acts.
After his appearance in Jeepney Tour, he headlined the first community mic series produced by JanB Entertainment, happened last February 1 at Illusion Pub & Grille Cafe in Mandaluyong City.
The singer and songwriter performed his latest single “Sa Kalawakan” live from his home in New York. “Kalawakan ang aking naging sandalan nung ikaw ay lumisan. Sa kaniya ko lahat nasabi ang aking pinagdaanan lalo na nung mga panahon na alam ko, ako na lamang ang lumalaban,” he narrated.
Angeles was also seen last year as one of the front acts at Filipino American Festival in Massachusetts sponsored by iWant TFC and MYX. Ez Mil and Bryan Termula headlined the show.
First Community Mic Series featured newbie singers who shared their inspiring stories on how music helped them.

JanB Entertainment hopes to do this musical gathering every year and wants to discover more talented musicians like Chelle, Tif, Boyong, Ashley, and Almyn.
Its CEO Jeanette Torres Bocobo said the country is blessed with undiscovered talents. Through JanB Entertainment, she wishes to see these artists shine and achieve their deserved spotlight.
