The Palace celebrates Valentine’s with Kris Lawrence, Geneva Cruz
Nananatiling magkaibigan ang dating magkasintahan na sina Kris Lawrence at Katrina Halili kaya naman nakiramay si Kris sa pagkamatay ng boyfriend ni Katrina na si Jeremy Guiab na pumanaw nitong January 28.
Lahad ni Kris, “I messaged her and I told her condolence kanina when me and Katie were on the phone, but you know, I respect her space and of course I can’t just show up at the wake, you know, so I’m still here naman, she knows naman I’m just here.”
Nakakatuwa naman ang magandang gesture niyang pagko-condole kay Katrina.
“Of course, we’re not fighting, we’re good,” nakangiting wika pa ni Kris.
Eleven years old na ang anak nina Kris at Katrina, si Katie.
Samantala, dalawang gabi ang concert ni Kris, February 14 at February 15, 8 pm, sa The Palace, ang bagong bukas na premiere entertainment manor sa Olongapo City na pag-aari ng manager ni Kris na si Arnold Vegafria o ALV.
“It’s going to be more special, too, because the concert will be at Arnold’s bar in Olongapo. It’s a dual purpose for Valentine’s and to help promote his bar.
“If the people of Olongapo want to jam, I just want to create memories with them. Dance with them, drink with them, jam with them, sing with them. This show is nothing too serious. It’s more of just having fun. Performances should just be like that. Nothing too seriously.”
Ilan sa mga aawitin ni Kris mamayang gabi ay ang mga hit songs niya tulad ng “Ikaw Pa Lang,” “Kung Malaya Lang Ako, “I Will Take You Forever,” “When I See You Smile,” “Paano,” at mga kanta nina Bruno Mars, Ne-yo, Usher at Ed Sheeran.
“Of course, you’re there to give a good show to the people! “When it’s an intimate show. It also goes with the age bracket, who your target audience is. Selection of songs is important since it will have to be based on your target audience.
“You’re there to give a good show to your audience, so you have to give them what they want to hear.”
Bago ito, nitong February 13 ay si Geneva Cruz naman, na talent rin ni ALV ang nag-show sa The Palace; pinamagatang King and Queen of Hearts ang tatlong araw na concert series nina Geneva at Kris.
Ang The Palace ay isang four level entertainment hub na may fine dining restaurant, events place at VIP lounge/ live band stage sa first level.
May sports bar at KTV rooms sa second level at magbubukas naman soon ang mga hotel rooms nito sa third and fourth floors.
