Vice Ganda looks stunning on the cover of Preview magazine
The Phenomenal Superstar Vice Ganda graced the cover of local lifestyle magazine Preview in January 2025, wearing exquisite pieces by several fashion designers.
Vice was photographed by renowned fashion photographer BJ Pascual, who captured his model poses while also highlighting his authentic self.
The Preview wrote, “A true master of the art of comedy, Vice Ganda regards the genre with utmost solemnity. Making people laugh is something she takes very, very seriously, and it’s harder than most critics would think. While there are still those who would dismiss her craft, Vice uses her knack for spreading joy as her greatest weapon.”
In the interview, Vice said, “For the longest time, I felt like comedy was being disregarded as a legit genre. ‘Pag sinabing comedy, feeling nila na ang babaw. Hindi ina-appreciate ‘yung kagandahan ng comedy at ang kahalagahan niya as a genre of cinema. Nasasaktan ako ‘pag sinasabi nila na basura ang comedy [kasi] hindi madali gumawa ng comedy.”
He also mentioned, “Buti na lang din talaga at binigyan ako ng kakayahan ng Panginoon na makapagpasaya. At least sa puntong ‘yun, number one ako. ‘Yun ang maaalala nila.”
Vice’s impact on comedy is indisputable, with smash films that defined his brand, creating him a cultural figure not only for the LGBT community, but for all of pop culture.
“I think nanggagaling siya sa relationship na na-develop namin through the years. Nagkaroon ako ng affinity with the masses,” Vice told Preview.
