Her makeup artist Albert Kurniawan made sure her look enhances, not obscures her natural beauty, focusing on making her eyes pop, and featuring a healthy, rosy glow.
Heart wore a small headpiece, so hairstylist Jerry Javier created a simple bun that kept all the focus on Heart’s dress and features.
Heart floated down the aisle in a show-stopping wedding dress by Ezra Santos. It was an intricate creation featuring a sweetheart neckline, delicate overlays and a cinched-in waist. Heart was reportedly overwhelmed by her dream gown to which she described as “just very simple and timeless yung dress, na even if you look at it years from now, hindi mahihiya. (You won’t be ashamed of it.)”
The road to Evangelista’s wedding day to Senator Chiz Escudero was a bumpy one – from the conflict with her parents earlier in the relationship –to the most recent issue surrounding the booking of her wedding venue — but all those faded into the background just in time for her wedding day Sunday, February 15.
Indeed, fairytales still do come true with happy ending! Heart’s is a wedding fit for a princess – or rather, one of Manila’s sought-after stars, who married her prince Chiz.
