After ABS-CBN’s closure, Kris Aquino chooses to be silent
Mum si Kris Aquino pagdating sa pagre-renew ng franchise ng ABS-CBN.
Katunayan, marami ang nag-aabang sa kanyang pahayag tungkol sa pagsasara ng Dos na naging tahanan niya for several years.
Sa isyu ng Kapamilya network, naungkat ang hindi pagre-renew nito noong time ng kanyang brother na si Noynoy.
Isang netizen ang walang takot na nagtanong sa kanya kung bakit hindi ito na-renew noong panahong Presidente pa ang kanyang kapatid.
Nabigyang kulay din ang naging problema ni Kris sa Dos at maging ang isyu umano ng tampo ni Noynoy sa naging pag-uulat ng network hinggil sa Mamasapano case.
Sinagot ni Kris ang tanong pero sinabi rin niya na kung hindi ito naniniwala sa kanyang sagot ay malaya itong i-message ang kuya niya sa kanyang socmed account dahil hindi raw naman siya ang spokeswoman ng dating Pangulo.
“Politely I shall answer as politely & factually as I am capable: I wasn’t a member of the NTC, an elected member of Congress, a part of what was then DOTC, and most importantly I was not privy to the inner workings & dealings of the highest level of management decisions of former home network,” aniya.
Pinaalalahanan din niya ang netizen na wala na siyang koneksyon sa Dos sa kasalukuyan kaya hindi fair na magbigay pa siya ng kanyang sentimiyento sa mga pangyayari.
“To refresh your memory, I haven’t been a contract star of ABS-CBN since the end of January, 2016– more than 4 years have passed… I am hopeful you will allow someone who has chosen to keep her silence, knowing that anything she says can be misinterpreted to suit the negativity agenda of those who wish to create more negativity, the peace she has fought hard to deserve,” paliwanag niya.
“I want to share some of my blessings with other mothers and their families because I believe you EARN your VOICE and not just as senseless noise because you have genuine concern & compassion for others. In other words– you walk the talk. If my answer didn’t satisfy you, I suggest, i-tweet mo or post mo sa FB yung tanong mo sa kapatid ko, himself. After all, hindi nya ko ako spokesperson,” pahabol niya.
