Alexa Ilacad is BUM’s latest endorser

Make way for teen star Alexa Ilacad, 15, as she joins the ranks of edgy and fashionable endorsers of BUM and the most sought-after teen celebrities such as ABS-CBN’s Nash Aguas, Ella Cruz and Jane Oineza, and GMA 7’s Bianca Umali and Miguel Tanfeliz (who are collectively known as the ‘Black Army’.)
This former ‘Goin’ Bulilit’ alumna and ‘Luv U’ mainstay was launched as BUM’s latest celebrity endorser. She epitomizes what BUM is all about. “I’m really happy to be a BUM endorser because I can show my versatility through BUM. I find their clothes really ‘astig’ to begin with. I may look like your typical ‘girly’ teen because people always see me wearing bright colorful outfits. But I also like dark colors because unbeknownst to many, I’m really into rock music such as ‘My Chemical Romance.’ With BUM clothes, I can enjoy both,” says Alexa.

In fact, Alexa’s favorite OOTD BUM pieces include rocker-chic hoodies and skull-print shirts that are not only fashionable and trendy but comfortable as well. As Alexa wears different hats each time: from a student, an actress, and a normal youngster and BUM is a perfect clothing partner for her.
Alexa’s first campaign shoot with BUM is for its ‘Black2School’ collection where she got to work with other brand ambassadors which include her onscreen partner, Nash, the other half of their ‘NLex’ loveteam.
“I’m happy that Nash was a big help for me during the shoot. He tells me to relax and try to look ‘fierce’ and serious even if I could be ‘bungisngis’ at times,” shares Alexa. On the heels of the success of their first team up on the boobtube, ‘Bagito’, Nash and Alexa has gained more fans especially on social media platforms who are clamoring for more projects of the two teen stars together. For the meantime, fans can look forward to the couple shirts from BUM soon to be launched, whose campaign will be modeled by the lovely duo. A sneak peek of the said collection includes cool his-and-hers matching tops by BUM, with awesome rib cage, skull and graphic prints.
Alexa has taken it upon herself to share her OOTD’s wearing BUM clothes on her Instagram account (which currently has about 272,000 followers). “I’m sure the girls [fans] will be happy to see my posts each time. And hopefully, they’ll try to figure out their own BUM style too,” says Alexa.
