All eyes on Morissette
The country’s biggest music event, 3rd Wish Music Awards, happened last night, January 15, Smart Araneta Coliseum with performances by KZ Tandingan, Jay R, Kris Lawrence, Michael Pangilinan, Arnel Pineda, Morissette Amon, and many more.
Gretchen Ho and Christian Bautista hosted the event as fans cheered.
Up and down on stage, Morissette received Wishclusive Pop Performance of the Year, Wish Reactors’ Choice, and Wish Artist of the Year.
Following her wish trophies, is her upcoming concert, February 20 titled Morissette is MADE.
In an interview with Morissette, she thanked Wish for opening doors.
“I’m just really grateful. Wish helps me so much in opening opportunities for me internationally. I got to meet Mariah Carey’s producer and was able to perform in Korea. I just want to give the best for our audience.”
She wrote on her instagram, “I am also just extremely grateful to everyone who has continued to inspire and motivate me on this journey. Hoping to share the experience of turning this dream of staging my major solo concert at the Big Dome next month into reality with all of you. One thing we can assure you guys, NOTHING BEATS LIVE.”
Receiving wish trophies, the woman with so much vocal power was supported by her fans who screamed and cheered for her.
She recognized all her fans and told them to continue supporting her music journey.
From joining singing competitions to performing to local and international stage, Morissette is just a blessed artist. She is a woman who gives back. She is more than a talented woman. She is MADE.
