Designer-actress Joyce Peñas Pilarsky spends birthday with abandoned boys, comes with ‘elite in the city’
Recently, the country’s top fashion designer, Joyce Peñas Pilarsky celebrated her birthday with the children of Fields of Dreams (in Davao), a home where needy, neglected, abandoned, orphaned and homeless boys are protected with care and love.
“I praise and thank God for this day that I can celebrate my birthday with the children of the Field of Dreams home in Davao.
“They would be happy if you could share something for them. Thank you so much for all your help and generosity. May God bless you all.”
Such a fulfillment for designer-actress, she says with our interview with her before that whatever she receives, she will share them to those in need. More than just a pretty face, Joyce is a true philanthropist.
Her last film that we’ve seen was the one dedicated to teachers where she got the nomination at the Star Awards for Movies. After winning international awards for her designs and after receiving many blessings, there is no stopping her.
We’re also happy to see her back in Manila as she gives life to everything, to people, to stage, to her arena. After her hospital care, glad that she’s still that glowing, stunning, head-turner person we know. Currently, she is working on a very special project, the ELITE IN THE CITY.
The project is a celebration and recognition of exceptional elite women in our country at the Philippines Elite Awards 2018 where they’ll be strutting the runway wearing customized Joyce Pilarsky gowns.
The multi-talented actress invites everyone to witness the glitz and glamour, honor, royalty, and beauty at the Century Mall, Makati City on October 6, 6 pm.
