
Rolling Stones are back!
The iconic English rock band Rolling Stones are back with their upcoming studio album after a decade. The band announced on Thursday, October 6, the studio album will cover American blues who influenced them at the very beginning of their career.
Last December for three days at London’s British Grove Studios, band members Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood, and Charlie Watts recorded already the “Blue & Lonesome.”

Rolling Stones were first known because of their performances in local venues with their blues on. The band said American blues were their major inspiration and music influence, looking back to when they had started way back in 1962.
“The passion for blues music … has always been at the heart and soul of The Rolling Stones”, one said.
“Their approach to the album was that it should be spontaneous and played live in the studio without overdubs.”
The soon-to-release-album-announcement made their fans screamed and hyped. After decade of waiting, Rolling Stones will once again fill our ears with great music and great interpretation of the songs.

In their early years, the band lived and performed with the music of these artists Howlin’ Wolf, Willie Dixon, Jimmy Reed, Eddie Taylor and Little Walter and according to the English rock band, it will be part of the album as they will cover songs from those artists.
During some of their performances in the past, the Stones have set the whole blues experience, and their repertoire includes the likes of Dixon’s “Little Red Rooster” and Robert Johnson’s “Love in Vain”.
All with their feet on, breaking the stage, impressing the whole audience, bands like Cream, Led Zeppelin, and Fleetwood Mac became a major hit and with their blues, ’twas a major influence on the British rock scene of the late 1960’s and early 1970’s.
The Rolling Stones’ last studio album was 2005’s “A Bigger Bang”. The last time they have seen in the world stages, but coming back to outdoor concert in Cuba in March.
“This album is manifest testament to the purity of their love for making music, and the blues is, for the Stones, the fountainhead of everything they do,” Don Was espressed, album co-producer.

According to reports, listed in the album are tracks like “Just Your Fool”, “Commit A Crime”, “Blue and Lonesome”, “All Of Your Love”, “I Gotta Go”, “Everybody Knows About My Good Thing”, “Ride ‘Em On Down”, “Hate To See You Go”, “Hoo Doo Blues”, “Little Rain”, “Just Like I Treat You” and “I Can’t Quit You Baby”. “Blue & Lonesome” will be released on Dec. 2.
