Filipino fighters MMA Superstar Striegl and Toquero all set for One Championship: Valor of Champions

Before the much-awaited Pacquiao-Mayweather fight, brace yourselves for another massive event at ONE: Valor of Champions at the Mall of Asia Arena on Friday, April 24.
During the weigh-ins and press conference held last night at the Ballroom of City of Dreams, Filipino superstars Mark Striegl and Eugene Toquero expressed confidence in representing the country in what is touted as the biggest fight night in the Philippines.
Striegl is about to make his ONE debut in the co-main event of the night against undefeated American Casey Suire and he’s eager to come out with a win in his hometown. “I’m very excited for tomorrow. It’s going to be my ONE Championship debut and I want to do well as it will be the very first time that I will represent the Philippines,” said the Filipino bantamweight MMA star.
Highly skilled Filipino kickboxer Toquero also returns to the cage when he faces Indonesia’s Brianata Rosadhi. Toquero last won via unanimous decision against Malaysia’s flyweight Gianni Subba and he hopes to extend his winning streak against Rosadhi on April 24.
The 31-year-old Filipino fighter said: “I’m more improved now. I’ve been training so hard so that you will see a better version of Eugene Toquero when I step into the cage.”
The main event of ONE: Valor of Champions features two of the top welterweights in the world, Ben Askren and Luis Santos.
