Gawad Amerika founder Charles Simbulan to donate relief goods, PPEs to COVID-19 frontliners
Mr. Charles Simbulan, founder of Gawad Amerika Foundation, and his loving wife are set to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary this coming May, 2020.
Just like how they celebrate their lives—huge and fancy.
But because of Covid-19 pandemic, plans need to change.
Instead, Mr. Simbulan, through Gawad America Foundation, and in cooperation with ‘The Way To Happiness’ in Hollywood will donate relief goods and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to frontliners and their families.
Good news for health workers, soldiers, policemen, pharmacy staff, and media personnel who continue to risk their lives during this crisis.
Some of Gawad Amerika awardees include the late Sen. Aquilino Pimentel, Sen. Manny Paquiao, former VP Jojo Binay, Mr. Boy Abunda and others.
