Gerald Anderson confirms break up with Maja Salvador

After being mum about it for quite sometime now, Gerald Anderson finally confirms break up with Maja Salvador. In a press conference for his latest Kapamilya teleserye “Nathaniel” last night, April 14, Anderson finally revealed the truth about the status of his relationship with girlfriend Maja.
“Yes, we’re taking a break in our relationship. But we’re okay, we’re on speaking terms. It’s a mutual decision, we’re doing this together. We’re taking this one step at a time,” reveals Anderson.
“I just wanna say thank you to all the fans who were always there for us, our common friends and to our family as well. All we ask right now is to just please, please respect our privacy.”
The ex-couple hadn’t been that ‘open’ to the public when it comes to their relationship. When asked about his feelings with regards to the break up, the actor admitted that he felt really bad. Anderson didn’t want to disclose the reason for breaking up either “I don’t wanna comment. Please let us recover first because what we had just gone through wasn’t easy. Please, please, I beg to respect our privacy.”
