Ian Ignacio praises mentor Monsour del Rosario

Jan 26, 2019

Sa lahat ng mga pambabatikos kay Congressman Monsour del Rosario, may isang taong ipagtatanggol sya—si Ian Ignacio, who is super tall, charming, and has that aura of future action star. He started kicking at the age of 3 and still kicking, not just as martial artist but as action star.

Ian believes that his “Tito Monsour” should win as Makati Vice Mayor as he has the heart as a Filipino who’s willing to help and sacrifice. He describes his mentor as “honest” and “reliable.”

Monsour is running as Vice Mayor of Makati City under Junjun Binay. With all the Abby Binay’s accusations, Monsour stays humble and he wants the people to decide to vote for someone whose intention to Makati people is pure and sincere.

Ian knows what Monsour can do to Makati. Dahil matagal na nyang nakasama ang Congressman, nakita nya kung gaano katotoong tao si Monsour. Sa ngayon, focus muna si Ian sa pelikulang kinuhaan sa Manila North Cemetery.

Produced by author and philanthropist Lou Baron, he is part of the soon internationally released film “Tombstone Pillow,” directed by american real couple Daniel Lir and Bayou Bennett. The film is written by London bases writer Fraser Scott.

Magandang experience para sa aktor ang mapasama sa pelikula that features illegal seattlers and social deprivation. It’s something that challenges him as an actor as it tells real story from Pinoy setting. Kasama sa pelikula sina Blake Salcedo, Cedric Escobar, and LA based actor Akrem Lahmandi.

Wish ng black belt in Taekwondo na mapasama sa iba’t ibang film festivals ang pelikulang “Tombstone Pillow.” Kasama rin sa kanyang wish ang manalo ang kanyang mentor bilang VM ng Makati.
