Jodi Sta. Maria gets a nomination from 2016 International Emmy Awards
Kapamilya Actress Jodi Sta. Maria is nominated in the prestigious 2016 International Emmy Awards for her classic role in “Pangako Sa’yo” in the category Best Performance by an Actress. Along other nominees is English actress Judi Dench.
Meanwhile, ABS-CBN’s “Bridges of Love” is the only series from the Philippines who got the nomination for the Telenovela Category in the same international award giving body.
Andi’s sister Max Eigenmann confirms real father of Ellie
On the Thursday episode of “Good Times with Mo”, actress Max Eigenmann, sister of Andi Eigenmann revealed, a shocking confirmation that Jake Ejercito is the real father of Andi’s daughter Ellie.
The actress said that no reason for public to comment on Jake’s latest photos together with his daughter Ellie. She also noted that Andi and Jake will not get back together since Andi has already a boyfriend.
Aga Muhlach and Lea Salonga to star in a reunion movie
On one of the episodes of ABS-CBN’s top reality search “Pinoy Boyband Superstar”, Lea Salonga made an appearance, helping Aga to give comment on the performance of one contestant. Many fans were shouting and screaming during the show, asking them for a reunion movie.

Ang Babaeng Humayo will hit nationwide cinemas tomorrow
An almost 4-hour film “Ang Babaeng Humayo”, produced by Sine Olivia Pilipinas, Cinema One Originals and distributed by Star Cinema, starring John Lloyd Cruz and Ms. Charo Santos-Concio, directed by internationally acclaimed director Lav Diaz, will hit nationwide cinemas tomorrow, Sept. 28.
Santos-Concio said that the film is a story of forgiveness. Meanwhile, she received praises and good feedbacks from different publications abroad.
