Marian expands flower business, gives jobs to craftsmen

Marian Rivera‘s online flower business, Flora Vida, has now expanded to home accessories and furniture.

Flora Vida Home now offers furniture, pillow/pillow cases, table runners, placemat, coasters, curtains and a lot more, all designed personally by Marian.

According to Marian, “It all started when I fell in love with this tulle fabric that I saw in one of our trips to Europe years ago.

“Since I have always been attracted to delicate and elegant prints, I told myself that I would want to experience having these pieces in my home, and so I did.

“These have brought calming and soothing vibe that definitely brightened our home.

“Inspired by this, I decided to share the experience by putting together creations that I love, with the hope that these will also bring joy and warmth to someone else’s living space.

“Hence the birth of FLORA VIDA HOME—a specially curated collection of home pieces.

“I’ve always looked for ways to improve myself, and this project came at the perfect time as it’s something new and exciting for me.

“And there’s no better way and time to launch it but today—during the feast of the Immaculate Conception— who I am a devotee of.

“So without further ado, I humbly present to you the brand’s new line. A product that aims to spark positivity though comfort, amidst these trying times.

“I hope you could welcome me into your HOME. #floravidaHOME.”

“The materials used in the products of Flora Vida Home are from Europe, but expertly made by skilled craftsmen from Paete in Laguna.

“Gusto ko silang mabigyan ng trabaho, lalo na ngayong panahon ng pandemya,” Marian said.

Being a Marian devotee, Marian launched Flora Vida Home last Tuesday, December 8, coinciding with the Feast Day of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Aside from her online business, Marian is seen regularly in GMA’s Tadhana.
