Matteo enjoys working with KathNiel
Sa kanyang hometown sa Cebu ipinagdiwang ni Matteo Guidicelli ang kanyang ika-27th birthday, March 26.
“It was very nice, kasi nag-celebrate ako na kumpleto ‘yung pamilya ko and it doesn’t happen in a long time. And syempre, Sarah also came to Cebu and celebrated with us. ‘Yun lang, simpleng selebrasyon lang,” sabi ni Matteo nang makausap namin siya sa presscon ng Cant Help Falling In Love mula sa Star Cinema, na pinagbibidahan nina Daniel Padilla at Kathryn Bernardo.
Longtime boyfriend na nag-propose kay Kathryn after 6 years ang role ni Matteo sa pelkula.
Ano naman ang birthday gift ni Sarah for him?
“Ah, ‘yung pag-surprise niya sa akin sa Cebu, ‘yun ang pinakamalaking gift ko sa taong ito,” masayang sabi ni Matteo.
First time ni Matteo na nakatrabaho ang KathNiel. Kamusta namang katrabaho ang dalawa?
“When I worked with KathNiel… hindi kami nagkaeksena ni DJ, eh. I was very excited to have a scene with him but it didn’t push through.
“Working with Kath and seeing her and DJ working together onscreen, iba ‘yung magic nila.
“Parang meron silang string na hindi mo maputol. Sobrang lakas noong energy, sobrang lakas ng chemistry.
“Parang two people who were born for each other and meant for each other. It makes you happy, eh. I’m sure it makes everybody happy. It makes me happy.
“Sobrang sweet nila sa isa’t isa and just the way they look at each other, it’s very energetic and they have so much love,” papuri niya sa sikat na Kapamilya loveteam.
Ayon pa kay Matt, si Kath ay very generous at very charming na kapareha and she makes him smile. Pero mas gusto niya raw siyempre ang scenes ng dalawa (KathNiel) sa movie.
Nagpapasalamat si Matt sa Star Cinema dahil nakatrabaho niya ang KathNiel.
“I fell in love with this loveteam. Sobrang fan nila akong dalawa. Dati, pinapanood ko lang sila sa TV. But now, seeing their magic onscreen, iba.
“I told Direk Mae (Cruz-Alviar, direktor ng pelikula), iba sila (KathNiel).
“The way they look at each other, the way they do things together, it makes you happy. It makes me happy.”
Ang Cant Help Falling In Love ay showing na sa April 15 nationwide.
