Nora Aunor reveals the truth about dog slaughter scene
Award-winning actress Nora Aunor revealed that director Alvin Yapan gave directions to kill a dog in the controversial MMFF movie entry “Oro.”
Director Yapan attended a hearing of a Senate committtee over complaints and accusations on the killing of dog while filming his entry.
Aunor was present also at the hearing and revealed truths.
She was being replaced by Irma Adlawan in the movie but she said that she read the script that was being handed to her.
Aunor added that her rumored boyfriend, John Rendez, was being pickedĀ as the cast to do the dog-killing scene. But he was also being replaced in the movie.
The director said that they didn’t kill dog in the movie as reported.
Other complaint was Aunor wasn’t informed that Adlawan replaced her until oneĀ friend told her.
The producer of the movie, Shandii Bacolod, said that it was because of the schedules.
