“One More Chance” Book to Launch Soon

Without question, Star Cinema’s “One More Chance” has become of the most famous Filipino movies of all time. Aside from the effective love team of John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo, the heartfelt lines uttered by the characters have been quoted and shared over social media platforms over and over again. One can even argue that Cruz’ and Alonzo’s role as Popoy and Basha are their most memorable possibly ever.
So with the popularity of the movie secured for generations to come, Bea Alonzo teased her fans (and One More Chance disciples) of the movie’s book version that will be launched soon. In a post on her Instagram account last June 6, Alonzo shared a photo of an initial copy of the book. Not much is known about the book yet aside from its written by Juan Miguel Sevilla. Of course, the book is based from the commendable screenplay by Vanessa Valdez and Carmi Raymundo.
There is no word yet on when the book will be launched and which company will publish the book. But just like the movie, this piece of literature will sell like hotcakes. Once you do have a copy of it, it’s best to have a roll of tissue paper beside you.
