Kilala si Mariel Rodriguez bilang bubbly person, maingay at health conscious. Pero sa recent posts nito sa kanyang Instagram na @marieltpadilla ay halatang may mabigat na pinagdaraanan ang asawa ni Robin Padilla. Bagama’t hindi niya diretsahang sinabi kung ano ang dahilan ng kanyang kalungkutan, marami ang nagulat at naghihinala na maaaring ‘nakunan’ si Mariel dahil may hashtag na “#byecutiepie” ang kanyang posts. Maging ang mga kaibigan niyang artista ay nag-comment at nakisimpatya sa malungkot na pinagdaraanan ng TV host. Mahigit five year nang kasal sina Mariel at Robin at marami ang naghihintay sa pagkakaroon nila ng baby. Post ni Mariel sa kanyang IG account.

Dalawang araw na ang nakakaraan ay wala pa uling post si Mariel pero sa post ng manager ni Robin na si Betchay Vidanes sa IG account nito na @betchayvidanes ay kinumpirma nitong nagkaroon nga ng miscarriage si Mariel. Post ng manager:
