The Total Entertainer set to do a show on November 23 at Solaire with Giselle Sanchez and Marissa Sanchez. “Sana Tatlo Ang Puso Ko” also features daughter Tosca.

Star Media Entertainment president, Anna Puno writes, “Numbed with grief, I would like to call on all entertainers in the OPM Industry as well as his worldwide fans to stop for a moment and say a prayer to one of the most respected singers in the country.

“I cannot help but say it was serendipitous that Starmedia prepared a solo 40th Anniversary concert for him and a US tour with the OPM stalwarts and colleagues just recently. Little did I know that this is his final bow in the live entertainment world. We will forever miss the Total Entertainer…but his songs will forever be cherished in our hearts.”

He was awarded by Aliw Award as Entertainer of the Year during his time, making hits and concerts locally and globally. He is one of the most attended concerts in Araneta, hailing him as today’s icon.

Singer-politician was the voice behind iconic hits “Macho Gwapito,” “Magkasuyo Buong Gabi,” and “May Bukas Pa.”
