‘For art’s sake’ – it’s the most logical reason why John Lloyd Cruz shaved his hair for the thriller ‘Honor Thy Father’. Photos of ABS-CBN’s priced talent sporting his new hairstyle is now circulating the internet.
In an interview, Angelica Panganiban, said that she was aware that her boyfriend will shave his hair for the said movie, but it was not really a big deal for her and that her love for the actor is beyond his look.
Here’s the clincher, ‘Honor Thy Father’, was reportedly first offered to Dingdong Dantes, but now the Kapuso actor has no idea why he was replaced.
The film which is directed by Eric Matti also stars Meryll Soriano.
John Lloyd recently tied with Piolo Pascual for the Movie Actor Of The Year award at the 31st PMPC Star Awards for Movies for his role in ‘The Trial’.
