Sue Ramirez goes fun, wild; Joross Gamboa will stop accepting gay role
The Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP) revealed 2019’s entries. This year’s entries are fun, fresh, and interesting.
“Cuddle Weather,” one of the exciting entries, has showcased Sue Ramirez’s fun, wild side. It tells the story of Adela Johnson (Sue Ramirez), an experienced prostitute, met Ram (RK Bagatsing), a newbie call boy, as they had loud paid sex separately in adjacent motel rooms. Their mentor-mentee set-up seems like a dreamy porn film… until one of them begins to want more than just loveless lovemaking.
“Something new for me,” the Kapamilya actress shared.
The film is directed by Rod Marmol.
Director Jun Lana directed this year’s most entertaining entry “The Panti Sisters.” The film tells the story of three gay sons who are called back by their estranged and terminally-ill father and given an offer they can’t refuse: a P300 million inheritance in exchange for each of them giving him a grandchild.
Played gay roles many times, actor Joross Gamboa said that he will limit himself from accepting gay role. He added that he needs to try new roles. The actor also tries directing. He’s directing a series for iWant and hopes to get more directing jobs.
