Vice Ganda gives powerful message at Pride event: ‘Fight with your right’
The iconic Vice Ganda wowed the LGBTQ+ community with his remarkable performance at the “Love Laban 2 Everyone” on Sunday.
Vice said, “This is my first time performing at the biggest Pride event. I attend community events, but this one is truly the grandest.”
“I’m extremely excited, and I’m very proud of the community for mounting such a big event for all of us, for the members of the community, and for our allies,” he added.
During his QC Pride appearance, Vice also promised to the LGBTQIA+ community that he will use his star power to push forward the passage of the sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression (Sogie) Bill.
“So live, fight, fight with your right, freedom, dignity, and protection from the law and the government. They say and I believe that a man is equal to the state and is equal to the church therefore equal to any other man. I am Vice Ganda and expect me to join the fight, shouting for the passage of the SOGIESC Anti-Discrimination Bill,” the Phenomenal Superstar ended.
