Vice Ganda turns 48 at Highland Bali
Phenomenal Superstar Vice Ganda celebrated his 48th birthday at Highland Bali in Nueva Ecija. The special celebration was uploaded on Youtube, now with 2.2 million viewers.
Vice’s Showtime family was present including Anne Curtis, Kim Chiu, Jhong Hilario, Vhong Navarro, Ogie Alcasid, Teddy, Jugs, Amy Perez, Darren Espanto, and Karylle.
ABS-CBN bosses Carlo Katigbak and Cory Vidanes were also present during the celebration. KaladKaren served as the event’s host, while KZ Tandingan rocked the stage as one of the performers.
The comedy superstar thanked his friends, while explaining his chosen venue.
“Bakit sa Nueva Ecija? Kasi gusto ko bumiyahe kayo nang mahaba at sa pagbiyahe n’yo ng apat na oras, may makikita kayo sa paligid. Nandito tayo sa Nueva Ecija, the Rice Granary of the Philippines. Sa biyahe n’yo napansin ninyo, ang daming sakahan, ang daming panananim, ang daming puno, ang daming halaman.”
He continued, “Gusto ko makita n’yo lahat ‘yun, na para tayong mga panananim at puno. Magdamag tayo binibilad sa araw na napakahirap. Matapos tayong ibilad sa araw, babagyuhin pa, tapos pepestehin pa. Pero patuloy tayong nabubuhay at nagbibigay ng ganda sa paligid.”
Vice ended, honoring God, “Lord, thank You so much for this life, for this family, for these beautiful people around me, for all the love that I have been experiencing. At sa susunod na araw, buwan at taon, sana ito pa rin ang mga kasama ko.”
