Viva artist Phoebe Walker now selling chili oil while waiting for projects
Sumabak na rin sa pagnenegosyo ngayong panahon ng pandemic ang talent ng Viva Artist Agency na si Phoebe Walker.
Hindi man niya ito plano talaga, pero dumating ang pagkakataon kaya hindi na niya ito pinalampas.
Ngayon nga ay unti-unting dumarami ang loyal customers ng aktres dahil sa kanyang masarap at nakakaganang Krunchy Garlik Chili Oil at Ekstra Spicy Chili Oil na sarili niyang creation.
Paano nagsimula ang idea na pasukin niya ang ganitong business?
Tugon ni Phoebe, “Hmm… hilig ko po ang maanghang kasi, may gusto akong gayahin na natikman ko before na ‘di ko na nahanap sa market. So, I researched recipes, then incorporated them and made my own po.”
Patuloy pa niya, “Had my family and friends try it, tapos masarap daw and in a week, I started selling na po.
“It’s doing well and happy ako kasi hands-on ako sa business, it really keeps me distracted and gives me direction and motivation ngayon.”
Pahabol pa ni Phoebe, “So I learn and adapt and hopefully for my future businesses na plano ko, I can also apply what I’ve learned now.”
Kasing hot ba niya ang tindang chili oil?
“Mas spicy po ako, hahahaha! Joke lang po,” nakangiting sambit niya.
May mga celebrity customers na rin ba siya at online sellers?
“Yes mayroon po, my friends buy din and I also give it away for promotion din po. Marketing expense kumbaga, hehehe…
“I have one in Valenzuela and one in Pasig pa lang po, mostly at retail po customers ko. Pero nabebenta naman, naka-display din po ako ngayon sa three locations, two in Pasig and one in Mckinley. So, I see the growth naman po kahit slowly,” aniya pa ukol sa kanyang resellers.
Sa mga gustong umorder, paano ang dapat nilang gawin?
Esplika ng tisay na aktres, “Yes, online po, contact me thru my Fb or IG page @silling.silli then may instructions doon on how to order. I accept resellers also, para lahat kikita,” nakangiting reply pa niya sa amin.
Matatandaang noong 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival nakilala nang husto si Phoebe via Seklusyon at dito’y nanalo siyang Best Supporting Actress.
Mula rito, si Phoebe ay lumabas sa mini-series na Tabi Po para sa Cignal Entertainment. Napanood din siya ssa sexy-action movie na Double Barrel, To Love Some Buddy, at iba pa.
Sa TV ay naging bahagi siya ng drama series na Araw Gabi nina JM de Guzman at Barbie Imperial at sa top rating TV series na FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano na pinagbibidahan ni Coco Martin.
Mapapanood si Phoebe sa Bella Bandida ng Cignal TV ngayong October, starring Ryza Cenon.
May iba pa siyang projects, pero naghihintay pa ito nang magandang timing sa pag-shoot dahil sa Covid19.
“I have an upcoming movie with Alex Medina, supposedly for Cinefilipino pero na-delay din. Tuloy naman ang shoot po soon and may international series din ako, na ang shoot target is November this year, if all goes well po.
“Iyong film is one hundred percent in Pangasinense, ode po siya to the people in Pangasinan, kasi our director is also from there. Ang title ay Malicdem de Matam or Close Your Eyes.
“May shoot po kami dapat sa South Korea, not sure lang if mag-push thru… I play the role of an OFW doon that gets mixed up romantically with Alex.
“Iyong about sa series, cannot say pa po, confidential pa. Pero big project ito, ang laking blessing sa akin to be part of this,” masayang saad pa ni Phoebe.
