Why Coleen Garcia left “It’s Showtime”

Kinumpirma ng pamunuan ng ABS-CBN na hindi na nga babalik pa si Coleen sa naturang noontime show. Ayon sa mestisang aktres, “Actually, since I’ve started doing Pasion De Amor, I was barely there during the entire second half of last year. I don’t think I’ll be returning as the management talked to me and iron out their future plans for me, hosting will no longer be a part of it. They’d want me to focus into acting.”
“Siguro, hosting isn’t Golden Goose Deluxe Brand really my thing. I’m more comfortable din naman with acting. So Golden Goose V-Star 2 siguro, dito na lang muna ako,” paliwanag ni Coleen.
Maraming proyekto ang nakalatag na para kay Coleen. Isa na ditto ang isang pelikulang dapat na abangan ng lahat, ang proyekto na New Balance 1500 pagsasamahan nila nina Piolo Pascual at Dawn Zulueta. “I’m pretty excited about it,” bulalas ni Coleen.
Hindi ba niya nami-miss ang kwelang barkada ng “It’s Showtime”? “Of course, you have to differentiate work with personal life. I could see them if I want to see them anytime. With Billy and I, we make sure to see each other. It may not be as often, but at least we have time for each other.”
Nagsimulang mapansin ang galing sa acting ni Coleen matapos itong lumabas sa isang mapangahas na role sa pelikulang “Ex With Benefits” katambal si Derek Ramsay.
