
‘Young Once’ for young ones
Celebrate the best of Philippine music (60’s to 90’s) in a show that travels back to the soundtracks of our lives.
Hosted by Anthony Castelo, Eva Vivar, and Darius Razon, ‘Young Once (Upon A Time)’ is the only and first show in the country that gives tribute to Filipino artists and Filipino timeless music. Airing this Sunday (August 26, 8pm) on Net25.
Castelo is a great singer behind classic hits “Balatkayo,” Nang Dahil Sa Pag-ibig,” “Ibig Kong Ibigin Ka,” “Hahanapin Ko,” and titled as the Philippines’ “King of Love Songs.”
This show is full of pure music that is timeless and that millennials can learn to appreciate old songs says Castelo.
Vivar, teen idol in the 70s, is known as the “Connie Francis of the Philippines.” She made classic hits of the songs, “Mr. Love,” “Nobody’s Child,” “Among My Souvenirs,” and many others.

Razon, the Philippines’ “Mr. Debonair” is a TV, movie and music heartthrob in the 70s. He is famous for his rendition of “Everybody Knows,” “And I Love You So,” “Carmelita,” “Perhaps, Perhaps,” “Ibigay mo Na,” and many more hits, earning him the title, Jukebox King.
This is the only full musical show that gives tribute to Filipino artists from generations that become part of our lives. It is a good platform expresses Razon.
